Why you love Little Athletics

I like how we can grade races to ensure the girls are racing against someone of similar speed - there is an appropriate level for all the kids. And I love how, regardless of ability, the kids are so supportive of each other. Everyone is genuinely happy when someone gets a personal best. Every week - whether it be trying to get over the bar in high jump or finishing off a long distance run - they cheer each other on to try and help their friends.
