Booking Bannockburn Oval for School Athletics Carnivals
If your school has booked or is planning to book Bannockburn Oval for an athletics carnival, Ku-ring-gai Little Athletics Centre (KLAC) is here to support you in running a smooth and successful event.
We provide access to our facilities and equipment for hire, ensuring you have everything needed to host a fantastic carnival.
How to Book
Reserve Bannockburn Oval: All oval bookings must be made through Ku-ring-gai Council’s booking system by selecting Bannockburn Oval. Click here to access the Council booking system.
Book Equipment & Facilities: with KLAC Once your booking with Ku-ring-gai Council is confirmed, please complete our KLAC booking form and with a signed copy of the KLAC Hire Agreement to arrange the equipment and facilities needed for your event.

What’s Included in the Hiring Fee?
Your booking includes access to essential athletics equipment, including:
- Long Jump
- Shot Put
- Discus
- High Jump
- Tables and Chairs
- Canteen Facilities
Timing equipment, including timing laptops and starting guns, can also be arranged as part of your booking. Further details will be provided when you book equipment with KLAC.
