Training schedule for week commencing Monday 18th March 2024 for State Athletes only:
Monday - Throws - 4.00pm (Javelin 5 - 5.30pm)
Monday - Walks - 4.15pm
Tuesday - Sprints - 4.40pm Updated time
Wednesday - Long Jump - 4.30pm
Wednesday - High Jump - 5.15pm
Wednesday - Middle Distance - 5.30pm

Saturday competition has now concluded
Winter Cross Country starts Sunday April 21st.
Cross Country distances at Bannockburn Oval as follows:
U6 - 525 metres (inside oval)
U7 and U8 - 825 metres (1 lap, around scout hall)
U9 and U10 - 1,687 metres (2 laps, around scout hall)
U11 to U17 and Open - 2,280 (2.5 laps, around scout hall)
First day of Cross Country commences the 21st April 2024.
Registration will commence at 2.30pm.
Course orientation for runners and parents will start at 3pm.
Race will commence at 3.00pm
Subsequent weeks the events will start at 3.15pm.
Parents may participate in the Open event at their own risk.
Cross Country is held each Sunday through until 24th July 2024, with the exception of the day of the LANSW Cross Country Championships.
All LANSW registered athletes are welcome to participate for a one-off $10. Unregistered athletes will therefore need to first register with LANSW via its website and pay the LANSW winter season registration fee.
