Specialist Training Schedule for U9’s and above:
- On arrival for any training sessions athletes must sign in at the table located near the canteen. Attendees will be temperature scanned and have their their name recorded. If all clear they will have a paper band put on their wrist. Athletes will not be allowed to participate unless they have been signed in at the desk.
- Parents are not allowed to be in any of the event areas during training.
- Specialist coaching sessions are for athletes in the 9yrs age group and above. The General Training sessions on Wednesdays are for all athletes, especially U6 to U8.
- Parents – if your child is in any way unwell please do not send them to training. If in doubt, sit it out!
- NB: always check our website for late updates before travelling to any training sessions. Wet weather and coach unavailability at late notice are two examples of factors that can impact sessions at short notice.
Ku-Ring-Gai Little Athletics Centre has been given a much-needed funding boost for its upcoming season thanks to a $4,200 grant from Coles. KLAC is one of 158 grassroots sports club across Australia to share in $521,000 for sports equipment from the latest round of the Coles Little Athletics Community Fund.

Ku-ring-gai will hold Registration Day at Bannockburn Oval on Saturday 5th September for information and to collect registration numbers. Surnames A-J from 2pm to 3pm. Surnames K-Z from 3pm to 4pm. Payment must be made online prior to collecting numbers at registration days.
The First Day of Competition for the 2020/21 Season is Saturday 12th September at Bannockburn Oval. Start time will be 10am on 12th, 19th, 26th September and 3rd October to accomodate for athletes still participating in winter sports. From 10th October onwards, start time will be 8.30am.
